I am an Entrepreneur based out of Chennai, India. My startup, Ventuno.in, is working on building new media video solutions.
After my engineering degree in India, I took the usual route that many in my time did, went to the US to do my masters degree. After that I worked for couple of companies - Creatus Inc for 2 years and TIBCO Software Inc for 6 years - in the Bay Area before packing my bags and coming back home.
This blog is not aimed at anything in particular, but most probably would end up providing an insight in to what my world looks like.

Who I Follow
The blog of Tim Ferriss has a great two part blog post on How to Create Your Own Real-World MBA. I only wish that everyone who falls into this calibre and didn’t know how to get started with the same in India gets exposed to the same. Tim has outlined his approach in great detail which is worth copying if one has the stomach, startup experience, and wealth to experiment.
There are quite a few incubators/accelerators propping up all over India. VCs are seeing how to help this segment to better their deal flows. I think they are wrong again. I think this is the right space for angels; VCs and the Incubators/Accelerators should identify the right angels to help these startups and take them to VC level.
